**Overview:**

Local land clearing company hiring for immediate positions. Miller and Sons is based out of Tampa. Due to our high volume of commercial clients, we stay busy year round with minimal down days. We offer 40 hours a week, 401K, paid holidays off and growth opportunities within the company. Highly seeking a heavy equipment operator. Miller and Sons offers a good starting pay ranging from $17 to $30 an hour depending on experience and position. We offer each team a production based bonus structure in addition to our competitive pay.

**Duties:**

- Operate various types of heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders

- Follow safety protocols and ensure equipment is operated in a safe manner

- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning

- Conduct quality control checks on work performed

- Collaborate with construction management and supervisors to meet project goals

**Skills:**

- Proficiency in operating heavy machinery following OSHA guidelines

- Experience with quality control processes in a construction environment
