Servers are expected to interact with our Guests by creating positive interactions and serving Guests in a friendly, courteous, and efficient manner. Attention to Guests needs is pivotal in being successful.

Daily Tasks:

• Greet Guests with genuine enthusiasm
• Ensure maintenance of our stations, sections and tables are addressed through sidework and pre-bussing
• Ensuring every Guest leaves having the best experience possible
• Suggestive selling
• Processing payment of checks, returning change and issuing receipts when applicable
• Exhibiting teamwork by consistently working well alongside of fellow staff members
• Filling in for absent staff members, if needed
• Assisting with special events

Musts:

• Previous serving experience preferred
• Excellent oral communication skills required
• Positive interpersonal skills
• Excellent math skills: ability to process cash handling
• Must obtain or possess any local or state regulation requirements regarding food handling or liquor service, if applicable.
