Responsibilities
The Branch Administrator reports to the Branch Manager and is responsible for assisting the Branch Manager & team with customer service and administrative duties, and coordination of sales functions. The position will also support the Service Manager with warranty processing and submission. This individual must work with both internal and external customers. This position is full time.
Requirements
Organized, detail oriented, excellent customer service and communication skills. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, business applications and have strong computer skills. Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal skills and positive phone etiquette. Experience with accounting principles is helpful. Ability to service a variety of customers in a professional and courteous manner .A high school diploma is required with customer service experience in a sales/service/parts department for a dealership preferred.
