Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Lobby Attendant to join our team. As a Lobby Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the lobby area in a hotel or similar establishment. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service to guests and ensuring a welcoming environment.

Duties:
- Clean and maintain the lobby area, including floors, windows, furniture, and fixtures
- Vacuum carpets and rugs, mop floors, and dust surfaces
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenish supplies, and ensure they are well-stocked
- Monitor and maintain the appearance of plants in the lobby
- Assist guests with inquiries or requests in a friendly and professional manner
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate department
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment

Experience:
- Previous experience in hospitality or housekeeping management is preferred
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and floor care is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

Note: This position requires regular cleaning duties in a hotel lobby setting. The schedule may include weekends and holidays.
