Room Inspector-Full time
The Lakefront, Anchorage hotel (formerly the Millennium Hotel) is recruiting for full time, Room Inspector to join our team. At the Lakefront Anchorage Hotel, we strive to deliver a memorable experience for our guests. Situated on the shores of scenic Lake Spenard, one mile from Anchorage International Airport and four miles from downtown Anchorage, the Lakefront Anchorage Hotel is the perfect starting point to explore the many wonders Alaska has to offer. The Lakefront Anchorage Hotel boasts 248 rooms and three outstanding food and beverage outlets.
The role of the Room Inspector is responsible for inspecting designated guest rooms and/or public areas in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure cleaning standards are met or exceeded.Typical Duties include:

• Respond to Housekeeping requests for assistance, direction, and other information.
• Inspect rooms, verify and report status and/or discrepancies of rooms and enter into property management system (as needed)
• Complete work orders, as needed.
• Perform Room Attendant and/or House person duties, as needed.
• Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
• Assist in training Room Attendants, as needed.

• A successful track record of managing a team
• Experience with computers and computer programs preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience required.
