Millennial Tech is Hiring an IT Support Analyst Near Cambridge, MA
This position is 3-month contract with35 hours/week; 100% on-site (non-negotiable, parking not included).
This role provides 100% onsite tier one telephone and remote support for user technologies. Process work in queued ticketing system, closing or escalating tickets and issues, documenting resolution in ticketing or knowledge management system, and assisting in-person walk-up customers.
Primary duties include:
1. Technical support experience at a call center
2. Direct support with knowledge of Mac and PC platform
3. Office 365 support
4. VPN support
5. DUO support
6. Two-factor authentication support
7. Wireless connectivity support
Skills needed: Excellent customer service skills both in-person and on phone, Excellent communication skills.
