```Duties```
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance on various equipment and systems.
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track work orders, document repairs, and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.
- Respond to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
- Maintain inventory of equipment, tools, and supplies necessary for maintenance activities.
- Fabricate or modify parts as needed to complete repairs or improvements.
```Requirements```
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to read schematics.
- Proficient in English (verbal and written communication skills).
- Knowledge of electrical systems, including wiring, motors, and control logic controllers.
- Ability to lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
