General Description:
Performs mid to high level complexity design and project management on a large variety of projects acting as lead or support resource for prime and sub consultant work under the direction of client or Milhouse Engineering management. Typical design work includes low and medium voltage power distribution systems motor control circuits raceway systems fire alarm systems underground utility plans and profiles interior and outdoor lighting systems cathodic protection systems panelboard and apparatus schedules and interfacing with utility companies.
Duties Include but are not limited to:

Design to client and regulatory requirements.
\t
Manage mid to large size projects to schedule and budget.
\t
Keep Milhouse Engineering management advised of all quality schedule and budget variances in a timely manner.
\t
Manage subordinate or other discipline resources to quality schedule and budget requirements.
\t
Shop drawing review and disposition.
\t
Preparing project documents and reports.
\t
Maintaining project files.
\t
Creating and enforcing project quality plan.
\t
Data and document entry into various platforms.
\t
Reporting safety health and quality issues to management.
\t
Prepare contract amendments change order documentation and claims documentation.
\t
Assist management as directed.
\t
CAD and CADD.
The associate electrical engineer would be full time and dedicated to the Aviation projects design runway and taxiway lighting. See attached Associate Electrical Engineer job description.
