General Information:

Job title: Facilities Supervisor

Schedules Available: Full-time, 80 hours per pay period

Weekend rotation: No Weekends

Holiday rotation: Paid Holidays

Position Summary:

The Facilities Supervisor position oversees maintenance, housekeeping and linen employees, ensuring cleaning and routine tasks are done in a timely manner.

Position Responsibilities:

• Coordinate workflow depending on need.
• Keep updated records and work schedules.
• Ensure all records are well kept for TJC and CMS.
• Conduct monthly fire drills at the hospital and annual ones at outer facilities.
• Perform other duties as requested.

Position Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two-year degree or equivalent training in a technical trade required.
• 5 years of related work experience required. Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must maintain a valid, current driver's license.
• Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail required.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

• Intermediate proficiency with computers is required.
• Moderate mechanical skills.
• Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
