Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of homebuilding process for entire community according to established specifications and quality standards while meeting completion goals.

Work Requirements:

· Provide Management and Leadership to construction team withing the community (Associate Builders, Quality Managers, Quality Technicians)

· Keep community clean and presentable

· Ensure Safety compliance withing the community – OSHA standards

· Conduct New Home Orientation with homeowners

· Meet with Homebuyers for preconstruction and at various points during construction.

· Provide high levels of customer service to all homeowners

· Meet with County Inspectors

· Scheduling of Contractors

· Conduct Frame inspections before sheetrock

· Maintain Construction Schedule and budget for each new home

· Keep track of subdivision overhead

· Process Weekly invoices

· Provide Feedback to estimating on accuracy of take offs and plans

· Meet with onsite agents regularly to review all contracts and change orders

· Assist with Warranty

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers

· Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)

· Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service

· Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices

· High school diploma or GED required

· Construction degree preferred

Essential Job Functions/Working Conditions:

· Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.

· Heavy physical activity required

· Continual walking and climbing of stairs. Some lifting required.

· Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

· Must have valid driver’s license, be able to drive, use a computer, use a phone, walk job sites and any other task or duty my supervisor may ask.

· Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
