Position Summary: Milacron is looking for a Senior Maintenance Manager to join our team in Batavia, OH. As a Senior Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all installation, repair, and upkeep operations for our organization's facilities. In this role, you will oversee teams across multiple facilities in the US. You are expected to set strategies within your team that align with the business goals and objectives while measuring success through key performance indicators. Work You’ll Do: Allocate workload and supervise maintenance staff (local maintenance leads) Establish KPI's and effective tracking by staff Manage relationships with contractors and service providers Monitor equipment inventory and accuracy Monitor electrical and hydraulic systems of facilities to ensure functionality Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities Maintain maintenance logs and report on daily activities Ensure that designated buildings, plant and facilities are fit for purpose and to provide proactive support/solutions when required Ensure health and safety policies are complied with Team: This role will report to the Director of Machining and will have 4 sites to manage. Site Team Leads will report to this role. This role will require periodic traveling to each of the sites. Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma with 10 years of experience in maintenance management or combination of both education and experience Strong knowledge of engineering concepts, including electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems Preferred Qualifications: Ability to keep track of and report on activity Experience in planning maintenance operations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Excellent leadership and management skills Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with staff members Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making #LI-AP1 Who we are: Milacron is a global leader in the manufacture, distribution and service of highly engineered and customized systems within the $27 billion plastic technology and processing industry.
