Shift 2 (United States of America) The Panel Wirer is responsible for wiring machines, equipment and their subassemblies while following layouts, electrical circuits and other written and verbal specifications. Shift/Work schedule/Overtime: 2nd 3p-11p. Must be able to train on 1st 7a-3p. OT comes in earlier. Some Saturdays voluntary at the moment. Work You’ll Do: Read, comprehend and interpret Wiring Diagrams. Produce quality work in a time frame that meets the expectation of the Team/Group Leads. Recognize problems with electrical designs and parts, take appropriate corrective action to resolve. Analyze designs for correctness, functionality and cost effectiveness. Perform Panel component changes as well as build panels. Build and wire multiple product lines. Complete Lockout / Tag out training using all required items when performing Lockout. Work safely and in an environmentally responsible manner. Communicate any discrepancies or errors on prints, materials list etc. Basic Qualifications: High school diploma / GED or technical school degree Demonstrate personal leadership; actively participate in or lead problem solving and continuous improvement efforts. Demonstrate flexibility when confronted with high stress / emergency situations, priority changes, or new assignments. Preferred Qualifications: Ability to demonstrate flexibility when confronted with high stress / emergency situations, priority changes, or new assignments.
