Shift 1 (United States of America) Position Summary: Wires machines, equipment and their subassemblies following layouts, electrical circuits, and other written and verbal specifications. Work You’ll Do: Read, comprehend, and interpret Wiring Diagrams. Understand and support Company philosophies, goals and directions including ISO9001 and 14001 policies and procedures. Job Report labor correctly and in a timely manner. Safely apply material handling processes. Produce quality work in a time frame that meets the expectation of the Team/Group Leads. Set the department / area standards in housekeeping, attendance, and teamwork by example. Possess working knowledge of standard hand tools. Team: Employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, talk, hear or smell. Climb or balance, stoop, kneel, reach, stretch, crouch. Lift or move up to 50 pounds. Vision requires close focus, distance vision, peripheral vision, color vision, depth perception and focus adjustment. Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma with 3 to 5 years of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Demonstrate personal leadership; actively participate in or lead problem solving and continuous improvement efforts. Demonstrate flexibility when confronted with high stress / emergency situations, priority changes, or new assignments. Preferred Qualifications: Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or 3 to 5 years of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
