Mike Reichenbach Chevrolet is seeking an experienced automotive BDC Manager. If you have experience in automotive business development center operations, we would like to talk with you! Responsibilities – BDC Manager:

• Hire, coach, train, and monitor the performance of business development representatives (BDR’s) in order to assure top performance
• Work alongside Executive and Department Managers to develop appointment setting strategies to maximize dealership traffic
• Develop, execute, and monitor outbound internet and phone campaigns
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales and service forecasts
• Ensures that the sales and customer satisfaction objectives set by management are achieved
• Must be action-oriented and results-driven

Qualifications/Requirements – BDC Manager:

• Minimum of 2 years' Automotive BDC experience
• GM Experience is preferred
• Experience with digital marketing
• CDK experience is a plus
• Automotive sales experience is a plus
• Superior leadership skills
• Professional, well-groomed appearance
• Resume must be uploaded, and online assessment completed for immediate consideration.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
• Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
