Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our team. As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage a team.

Duties:
- Manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve store targets
- Train and develop staff on product knowledge, customer service skills, and sales techniques
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle cash register duties, including cash handling and reconciling daily sales
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with ordering merchandise as needed
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities and drive customer traffic
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a retail management role is required
- Strong knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term customer relationships
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in retail math calculations for inventory management and budgeting purposes
