Private Estate Property Manager

Location: Ft. Lauderdale, Florida

Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 DOE

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience: Must have maintenance / landscaping experience preferably at a private estate.

Schedule: Monday-Friday / Weekends may be required occasionally.

A casual Florida family is seeking a Property Manager.

The general schedule will be Monday through Friday. Weekends may be required occasionally.

The candidate must have knowledge in maintenance, landscaping,car maintenance ,pool maintenance, and renovations. Have strong attention to detail .The successful candidate is a team player and will enjoy working both independently.

Must be flexible and dependable.

Candidate must have superb judgement, emotional intelligence, and a positive attitude in an ever-changing environment.

Candidate must enjoy planning ahead, looking for alternative options, and having backup plans.

The candidate must be computer savvy, detail oriented and eager to maintain the properties.

The client is seeking someone who is a hard worker, is conscientious, honest, efficient, trust worthy and organized, has great follow-up, discreet nature, a healthy physical condition required for duties, a true multi-tasker who is proactive and not reactive.

Candidate must live within 30 minutes of the residence.

Must be eligible to work in the US or US Citizen.

Must be fully vaccinated.
