MIG Consulting is an environmental consulting firm located in Wilmington, DE and we are searching for an experienced Bookkeeper for our organization. Successful candidate will work out of our Wilmington, DE office. The position will be responsible for supporting a variety of office and accounting functions. This is a part-time, flexible position for a professional who enjoys numbers and problem solving. Must be QuickBooks Savvy!

Responsibilities include:

· QuickBooks data entry

· Provide accounting and financial reporting support

· Prepare and post general ledger journal entries

· Assist in month-end close process

· Assist with year-end close process

Software Experience Desired: Must have QuickBooks experience, Microsoft Office Products , SAP a plus. Must have experience in computer network systems and electronic file storage.

30 hours per week. Must be trustworthy and detail oriented.
