What are we looking for?We are looking to grow our Maintenance Department and support the overall facility and employees in their general maintenance needs. This position will include routine facility maintenance, addressing overall grounds concerns, including weather and other environmental concerns. This position will also support the Maintenance Director in ensuring that all automobile transportation is scheduled and carried out efficiently.Qualifications:

• At least one year of prior experience working in a maintenance field or environment
• Team player with collaborative attitude
• Prompt and courteous demeanor
• Positive and enthusiastic personality
• Ability to follow directions and instructions
• Positive attitude and can-do mentality
• Must have a valid driver’s license; CDL preferred but not required
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
