Responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance services on vehicles, including oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks.
- Inspect vehicles for any additional maintenance or repair needs and communicate findings to service advisors.
- Complete service orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Upsell additional services and products to customers based on their vehicle's needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a lube technician or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of automotive systems and components.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods of time.
