Midwest Orthopedic and Spine Specialists is Hiring a Medical Receptionist Near Chesterfield, MO

Opportunity for a Front Desk Receptionist, full-time with a prominent Orthopedic practice in Chesterfield.

Duties of the front office receptionist include greeting and checking in patients, scanning documents, answering phones, scheduling appointments, preparing charts, making sure waiting room is clean and picked up, registration input and other duties as assigned.

This is a fast-paced office and you must be able to work independently and efficiently with minimal direction. The ideal medical receptionist candidate must have excellent customer service skills, be a team player who likes to take initiative and be willing to assist other team members when needed. Receptionist position emphasis must be placed on Patient confidentiality as well as abiding by all HIPAA regulations. A highly organized individual with a talent for multi-tasking would be best suited for this position.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
