Midwest Hand Surgery is Hiring a Site Manager Near Palos Heights, IL

Private Hand Surgeon practice is looking for a qualified office manager to run our Palos Heights location. All applicants must be motivated to work hard, possess superior communication skills and be highly organized. Computer knowledge and medical office experience required, surgical office experience a plus. The ideal candidates will be personable and have the ability to plan, organize and manage the running of the office and employees smoothly. The applicant should be able to ensure steady workflows and uninterrupted service in our medical facility.

ResponsibilitiesFollow daily protocols to run office smoothly and efficiently
Aid and assist MD when necessary with tasks
Patient care is our top priority!

Skills
Proven work experience as a medical office manager
Knowledge administrative processes and principles
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to multi-task and perform well in stressful situations
Communication skills and a customer service orientation.

Knowledge of EMR.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
