Searching for a highly skilled General Manager with experience in Construction Equipment Rental and Contractor Supplies. Opening A new ground up startup. Your chance to be a part of a growing company that will be around to dominate the local market. Must have prior experience in these fields. Looking to build a great team to include sales, front office retail techs, drivers, mechanics, and delivery personnel.
Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with equipment rental needs
- Sell and upsell rental products and services to customers
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of rental equipment
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organized rental area
Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Proficiency in retail math for cash handling and transactions
- Bilingual/multilingual skills are a plus
- Experience in technology sales is preferred
- Knowledge of various equipment types and their applications is beneficial
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
