**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers in finding and purchasing products, provide excellent customer service, and contribute to the overall success of the retail store. Candidate must have prior experience in construction products, preferably concrete, mason, and flooring products.

**Duties:**

- Greet customers and offer assistance in product selection

- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits

- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately

- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor

- Assist with stocking shelves and monitoring inventory levels

- Participate in store remodeling activities as needed

**Requirements:**

- Strong organizational skills to manage product displays and store layout effectively

- Excellent customer service skills to engage with shoppers and address inquiries

- Ability to conduct product demos to highlight key features

- Proficiency in operating a cash register for sales transactions

- Basic understanding of sales principles to drive revenue growth

- Fluency in English for effective communication with customers and team members

- Knowledge of CAD software is a plus for store layout planning

- Experience in building or remodeling projects is advantageous
