Midwest Dermatology currently has an exciting opportunity for a caring, welcoming individual to work as a part time receptionist. We are offering ideal hours M-F with an occasional Saturday morning . We are a private medical practice with four physicians specializing in dermatology. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced work environment and is comfortable juggling multiple tasks including a multi-line phone system. The job requirements include:
· Providing patients with a positive experience as they check in and check out of the office
· Greeting patients and assisting with registration
· Scheduling appointments
· Collection of copays and patient balances
· Patient check out
· Customer service for product sales
· Some tasks relating to medical records
· Maintaining cleanliness and appeal of reception and waiting areas
To succeed in this position, you must be energetic, detail oriented and have excellent communication skills. Customer service and data entry experience is also needed.
