Title: Bath Remodeling Installer Apprentice

Pay: $19-25/hr.

Schedule: Monday thru Friday / Full time

Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Bath Remodeling Installer Apprentices. The ideal candidate will have a background in light construction and carpentry, coupled with a strong work ethic and a desire to excel. This position offers substantial earning potential and opportunities for career advancement within our rapidly expanding company.

Responsibilities:

• Assist lead installers in the removal and installation of old and new bathtub or shower systems.
• Work collaboratively with the installation team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standard.
• Pick up materials from the office each morning and transport them to the job site.
• Install new shower bases or tubs, plumbing valves, wall surround panels, accessories, and plumbing fixtures with precision and attention to detail.
• Uphold the company's commitment to quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction on every job.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in light construction or carpentry preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and procedures.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
