We are looking for an enthusiast individual with an interest and talent in marketing, data mining and analysis and social media to work with our Marketing team as a Digital Marketing Analyst. About the Digital Marketing Analyst Role:In this position, you will support the Director of eCommerce - Marketing in the execution of the Customer Relationship Management, Internet Advertising, Marketing Operations, and Public Relations processes. In this role you will create and manage reports and data to track Customer, Marketing and Advertising results. You will also be responsible for assisting with sweepstakes campaigns, executing against the social marketing calendar, coordinating donations for public relations events and sponsorships to budget, managing television show and host sponsorship communications and deliverables, and track effectiveness of various advertising campaigns. What our Digital Marketing Analyst does:

Create and manage reports and data to track Customer, Marketing and Advertising results
Mine and analyze internal and external Customer data to identify key trends, segments, and associations
Manage distribution size and selection criteria for E-mail and direct mail marketing campaigns
Manage automated program for sending promotional email based on Customer Lifecycle stage and website activity
Benchmark MidwayUSA's Customer policies and marketing efforts against competitors and eCommerce leaders
Manage and optimize Internet Advertising through Paid Search, Shopping, Display, and Product Feeds.
Manage and optimize Display Advertising creative and locations.
Develop and maintain a social posting calendar.
Engage with Customers on Social Marketing channels per Company strategies.
Execution of Sweepstakes programs
Develop and distribute Press Releases

Skills we are looking for in a Digital Marketing Analyst:

Will possess a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Business or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of professional marketing work experience
Knowledge of and experience with MidwayUSA products and systems
Experience with data mining, data analytics and data tracking
