Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate / Cashier. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while efficiently handling cash transactions.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently using a cash register or self check out.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions with precision
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Assist customers in locating products and answering inquiries
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations

Requirements:
- Previous experience in cash handling and operating a cash register or POS system preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
- Knowledge of basic math for accurate cash handling and transactions
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
