Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, or chat
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues or concerns
- Market additional products or services to customers when appropriate
- Provide support to the sales team by assisting with sales administration tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is a plus
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly desirable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
