Basic cannabis product knowledge is preferred, but a willingness to learn is essential. Excellent conversational skills and previous customer service is ideal but not required.

Main Duties/Responsibilities

• Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the store
• Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly and courteous service at all times
• Provide excellent customer service before, during and after the sales experience
• Develop and maintain knowledge of all cultivars and products in store inventory
• Attend ongoing product knowledge training sessions
• Follow all operational rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
• Ensure satisfaction of all customers in the retail experience, focusing on increasing customer loyalty
• Promote a work environment that is positive, customer-service oriented, and compliant with established policies and procedures, operational rules, NJ State regulations
• Be on time and fully present during work hours
• Have an open schedule 7 days a week. Available to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Support the Store Management team in driving and maximizing store sales, controlling and minimizing shrinkage to achieve store goal
• Model best-in-class service experience that consistently exceeds our guest expectations
• Ability to learn and adapt in a changing environments
• Other duties as assigned by the Management Team

About You

• Minimum 21 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in Cannabis in New Jersey
• Prior retail or customer service experience is an asset
• Want to grow and develop Sales and Customer Service skills
