Basic cannabis product knowledge is preferred, but a willingness to learn is essential. Excellent conversational skills and previous customer service is ideal but not required.

Main Duties/Responsibilities

• Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the store
• Provide superior customer service before, during and after the sales experience
• May conduct identification checks as door host
• Develop and maintain knowledge of all cultivars and products in store inventory
• Attend ongoing product knowledge training sessions
• Follow all operational rules, regulations, policies and procedures
• Ensure satisfaction of all customers in the retail experience, focusing on increasing customer loyalty

About You

• Minimum 21 years of age
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Legally authorized to work in Cannabis in New York
• Prior retail or sales experience required
• Want to grow and develop Sales and Customer Service skills
• Experience managing cash preferred
