The Pharmacy 340B Analyst assists with 340B program maintenance and compliance under the guidance of the 340B Coordinator and Director of Pharmacy, including provision of proper audits to identify risk and prevent duplicate discounts and diversion.
SHIFT AND SCHEDULE
Full Time: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS

• Develop and review 340B Program policies and procedures on an ongoing basis and offer contributions ensuring 340B compliance.
• Be involved in all 340B audits and prospective carve-in associated billing tasks.
• Program Enhancement/Optimization: Assess opportunities for cost savings and system improvements to yield higher compliance.
• Assist in developing reports used to educate staff and assist management in tracking the overall financial impact to the organization. Assist in building other reports, as appropriate, to monitor and improve 340B Program compliance and performance.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma minimum, associate’s degree or higher preferred
• Prior experience in hospital setting preferred
• Must be proficient in computer-based operations such as Microsoft Excel.
