SUMMARY:

The individual in this position is primarily responsible for the day-to-day activities required to manufacture Midé’s product portfolio. The products are assembled in both OEM and standard product quantities. Primary responsibilities include material preparation work, assembly, inspection, quality control testing and packaging of the products. 20% of the individual’s responsibility will be helping engineering efforts associated with the products, including design, testing, and troubleshooting

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• Associate degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• 0 years manufacturing technician experience required.

  • May help to design and build test fixtures for support of production needs.

• Ability to design basic PCBs used in test equipment, and maintain existing PCB designs in Altium Designer
• Support supply chain in the sourcing of electrical and electro-mechanical components. May involve finding alternate components with equivalent specifications
• Ensure all general manufacturing work and projects areas are kept clean and tidy
• Organization of general manufacturing work areas, and storage areas
• Commitment to maintain high standards of laboratory safety, order, and cleanliness.
