Position Overview :

As a Weld Operator, you are a key player in our operations. You will be operating a 5-axis robotic weld cell, ensuring precision and excellence in every task.

Key Responsibilities :

• Operate with Precision : Utilize your skills to operate a robotic weld cell and production machines with precision and attention to detail.
• Be a Problem Solver : Play a key role in detecting malfunctions and misaligned parts, using your expertise to address issues promptly.
• Continuous Improvement : Contribute to our culture of continuous improvement, actively participating in waste reduction initiatives and efficiency improvements.
• Safety First : Demonstrate a commitment to safety regulations and promote a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements :

• Ability to lift 50 pounds periodically and 30 pounds regularly, and standing for the entire shift.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform routine duties, including loading and unloading fixtures.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with Leaders and other team members
• Adherence to safety regulations and commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Flexibility to work efficiently and meet or exceed established company goals.
