Purpose:
Recruiting – Onboarding – Training – Retaining
Attracts, trains, and retains talent and effectively engages department personnel. Assists with the compliance of all personnel policies and procedures as well as ensures the company is compliant with all State and Federal Employment Laws including filing and confidentiality. Supports the business in achieving goals through productive and engaged employees.
