We are seeking a skilled Culinary Manager to join our team. As a Culinary Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation and service in our establishment. Your main goal will be to ensure that our customers receive high-quality meals that meet their expectations. Duties:

- Manage and supervise the kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and other culinary professionals

- Oversee food preparation and ensure that all dishes are prepared according to recipes and quality standards

- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

- Collaborate with the management team to develop new menu items and specials

- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment

- Train and mentor staff members on proper food handling techniques and safety procedures

- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints regarding food quality or service

- Plan and coordinate banquets or special events as needed

Requirements:

- Proven experience in a culinary management role
