Responsibilities

• Preparing food according to recipes
• Managing wait lists and communicating with guests on the wait list
• Washing any dishes or smallwares used during prep, and maintaining a clean work space
• Following all allergen and food safety protocols
• Various cleaning and maintenance tasks each morning as directed

Qualifications

• Experience using knives, ovens, deep fryers, and other kitchen equipment
• Ability to work quickly with minimal supervision
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively
• Willingness to learn new skills
• Desire to be a part of a great team in a fun environment
