Located in the heart of Venice, we are a local brand dedicated to curating everything necessary for natural & daily living. We are also highly dedicated to building real community, hosting music events every few weeks, art shows, creative meet-ups & more. This role offers 2-3 days per week, with weekends preferred, along with occasional help on event nights.

Responsibilities:

• Engage customers with enthusiasm and professionalism, providing exceptional service and assistance in their shopping experience.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding and appreciation for the brands & makers we feature in the store.
• Assist in maintaining visual merchandising standards, ensuring that the store environment reflects our brand aesthetic and showcases the products effectively.
• Contribute to the creation of an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for customers, fostering a sense of community within the store.
• Support the coordination and execution of bi-weekly concerts and events, helping to enhance the overall experience for attendees.

Requirements:

• Previous retail or coffee shop experience preferred
• Energetic and outgoing personality, with a genuine enthusiasm for engaging with customers and creating positive interactions.
• Strong interest in design, fashion and art.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and work effectively as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work 2-3 days per week, including weekends, with the potential for additional hours during special events.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
