Job Description:
LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse
7 pm - 7 am
(Full Time / Part Time)
We are a continuing care retirement community (CCRC) located in the heart of Lansdale and we are looking for a compassionate and qualified LPN's to promote and restore patients’ health. You will work with geriatric patients in our Skilled Nursing. You will provide direct care and medications as well as the support of CNA's to ensure exemplary nursing care is received.
Shifts available
- 12 hour shift available from 7pm-7am
Responsibilities of LPN
- Identify patients’ care requirements, focus on their needs and act on them
- Resolve or report on patients’ needs or problems
- Monitor and record patient’s condition and document provided care services
- Treat medical emergencies
- Administer workloads
- Follow care regulations and standards
- Work within and cooperate with a multidisciplinary team
- Medication Administration
