Permanent Part-time Bookkeeper/Operations support person needed to work from the main office in Linthicum, MD (near BWI Airport) handling the following: Verification of Sales reports, deposits, AP data entry, check creation, invoice verification, vendor contact regarding problems or changes, pricing changes in the computer and delivery apps, social media (FB) postings per plan, ordering supplies as requested, and other general support functions for three local restaurants. Flexible hours/days during normal business hours.
Will report to the COO and support the field manager for the locations. Looking for 20-24 hours per week. Potential for growth with proficiency. Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel user preferred. Sage/Peachtree accounting software. EOE employer
