As a Project Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our project personnel by providing essential administrative assistance and document control services. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support for engineering project execution, including filing, copying, and document preparation.
  • Assisting in the formatting and tracking of proposals and bid packages.
  • Managing document control processes, including registration, distribution, and tracking of project documents.
  • Supporting marketing efforts by assisting with the creation of marketing materials and preparing for trade shows.
  • Collaborating with project managers to ensure the smooth operation of engineering projects.
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned to contribute to the success of our projects.
  • Assist with office related activities, such as inventory of supplies, ordering supplies, and scheduling vendors.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • One to two years of experience in administrative support activities with a focus on document formatting and attention to detail.
Special Requirements:
  • Proficiency in a busy office environment.
  • Typing speed of 50 words per minute.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), as well as experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
  • Familiarity with file management software.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Willingness to assist others and maintain a cooperative attitude.
  • Ability to learn quickly and pay close attention to detail.
  • Availability for overtime work as needed.
