Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team. As an accountant, you will be responsible for all aspects of the accounting function as directed by the Controller. These include but are not limited to AR, AP, Payroll, Bank Reconciliations, and assistance with month end journal entries and schedules.
Duties:
- Complete accounting functions, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and month end procedures including bank reconciliation, journal entries and schedules as directed by the Controller.
- Collaborate with Front Office Team regarding payments and collections.
- Assist with special projects as directed by the Controller.
- Cross train with the Accounting Assistant.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, or related experience.
- 5 years experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of 8300 regulations and required filings.
- Knowledge of sales tax regulations and required filings.
- Great Plains, Quickbooks, and Excel experience. AS400 a plus.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present issues and possible improvements to internal processes.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
