Position Overview: Construction Manager

*** Must have at least 2 years experience as a Construction Manager/Superintendent

***Must be an expert with Quality Control Programs and Procedures

*** Preferably has good experience with Multi Family Construction Projects

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the full construction life cycle of multi-family residential projects, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.
• Lead on-site construction teams with a focus on collaboration, safety, and efficiency.
• Implement and uphold stringent quality control measures to meet or exceed industry standards.
• Effectively manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Develop and implement quality control programs and procedures to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct inspections at various stages of construction to ensure adherence to specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.

• Foster open communication with project stakeholders, addressing concerns and providing regular updates.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Must be an expert with Quality Control Programs and Procedures
• Proven experience as a Superintendent/CM in multi-family construction.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage on-site teams.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
