Job Description:Applicants must be willing to work full-time, Monday thru Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Job Description:Applicants must be willing to work full-time, Monday thru Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Responsibilities
- Managing correspondence between patients and healthcare providers
- Taking patients' vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and weight
- Collecting medical histories and patient information
- Assisting with medical procedures, such as administering injections
- Performing diagnostic/behavioral tests
- Communicating with patients regarding their care, medications, and treatment plans
- Educating patients about their health conditions and treatment options
- Responding to patient inquiries and concerns
- Updating patient medical records
- Handling prior authorization, pre-certification, and medication refills
- Working knowledge/experience of EMR / HER
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM (words per minute)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications
- Able to answer and screen incoming calls
- Adhere to established office policies and procedures
- Maintain a positive working relationship and cultivate a cooperative work environment
- Must be trustworthy and dependable and maintain a sense of humor and a positive attitude
