What We Do

The Position
The Director, Donor Services is responsible for the operational execution of Donor Services’ departmental operations. The Director implements and reviews processes and operating structure to maximize tissue donation and meet tissue processor, donor family and other key stakeholder expectations. In addition, this position analyzes operations, including overall referral management, overseeing efficiency and/or process improvements. The Director also establishes standards and guidelines to nurture, and promote ongoing relationship management with processors, donor families, referring institutions and other stakeholders, while also supporting the growth and development of a 24/7 workforce.
