Duties:

• On going selection, review and negotiation of pricing agreements with key vendors (ocean lines, airlines, trucking companies, messenger services) for all departments.
• TSA Compliance, Export Compliance, FMC Compliance, US Customs Compliance.
• Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.
• Handling and review of key quotes to customers and overseas partners.
• Vacation coverage for department managers.
• Develop and enforce efficiencies in paperless processing; operational system automation
