• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• A minimum of 5 Years of field experience in any of the following; Commercial/Residential Environmental Services, Industrial Hygiene, Restoration, Abatement or Construction.

• At least 5 years of departmental operations experience in a management role required.
• Experience evaluating the performance of employees and identifying areas of improvement.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong acumen in management skills and process improvement.
• Operationally driven with experience creating best practices, standards, and procedures.
• Personality traits that include attention to detail, ownership mentality, lifelong learner with a positive attitude along with a firm and assertive, yet empathic, approach.
• Knowledge of Environmental Testing and/or inspection a definite plus.

• Provide technical and professional assistance to field employees in support of project tasks.
• Perform regular client maintenance, especially in key growth areas.
• Coordinate and communicate with sub-contractors and vendors for major projects.
• Review and recommend employees for special assignments and development opportunities, as required by specific service areas and contracts.
• Monitor and advise on consistent “best practice” standards for tools and equipment used to perform field services.
• Diagnose problems quickly and have foresight into potential issues for immediate resolution.
