Full Time: Days 7A-3P and Afternoons 3P-11P

Job Duties:

• Manage guest reservations- online, telephone, and in-person
• Greet guests during check-in, provide keys, and explain the hotel's amenities
• Perform payment transactions
• Work with other departments to ensure guest rooms meet hotel standards
• Answer guest's questions and requests

Requirements:

• GED or Diploma
• Prior experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Work well in a team environment
