Reporting to the Senior Director of Demand Generation, the Campaign Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading strategic campaign and digital initiatives aimed at creating, capturing and converting demand to driving pipeline and closed-won business for our target markets. This is a global role that will work closely with product marketing, brand and sales teams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 5 years’ of digital and campaign marketing experience looking to help build a demand engine for MicroStrategy.To be successful you will need to have proven experience leveraging digital channels including SEM/SEO, paid & organic social, display advertising as well as traditional outbound channels, such as email, direct mail, webinar and virtual events to drive demand and pipeline. You will be an excellent project manager, executioner and thrive under pressure.The Campaign Marketing Manager is responsible for developing marketing campaign strategies and plans for critical corporate initiatives. This person will orchestrate the full marketing mix, from awareness through consideration and purchase. In this role, you will also be focused on developing and executing lead generation programs, in conjunction with other marketing teams, through third-party advertising, content syndication, webcasts, social media, and additional digital marketing channels to drive sales qualified leads and ultimately sale pipeline.This role is ideal for someone who has experience executing on multi-channel, multi-faceted lead generation marketing campaigns, and is actively looking to get to the next level in overseeing both the strategy and day-to-day tactical execution of these campaigns. On a regular basis, you will be interfacing with third-party advertising sites, reviewing media kits, determining the best lead gen strategy for our markets, executing marketing programs, reviewing leads, and measuring ROI on these campaigns to decide on next steps and future campaigns. You will be using technologies such as Salesforce.com CRM, Marketo marketing automation, Office 365, Zoom, MicroStrategy, LinkedIn, X, and Hootsuite.We need someone who can collaborate with several stakeholders and assemble marketing plans to align activities and drive lead generation effectiveness. If you’re sharp, motivated, and ready to dig in, we have a place where you can grow while learning from a strong team.Your Focus:Within the marketing team you will be responsible for overseeing marketing campaigns that generate net new leads through outbound campaigns that encompass a broad range of marketing tools (email marketing, social media, web promotion, content marketing, awareness building).You will be responsible for the planning, creation, execution, present, and reporting of those campaigns by collaborating with both internal and external resources.You will make recommendations on theme selections, analyzing the campaign results and providing guidelines moving forward.Being able to communicate at a high level is essential as you will be asked to input into and influence the campaign strategy to achieve quarterly business targets.Work directly with key stakeholders to develop high-impact marketing campaign plans for MicroStrategy products; shape campaign themes and identify the most effective messaging, value proposition, channels and calls to action.Build, manage, and optimize best-in-class demand gen programs, ensuring that programs are executed, and funds are allocated to maximize ROI.Report on campaigns in a timely manner such that the analysis helps optimize campaigns, helps sales drive maximum value from the outcomes and helps executives understand the ROI.Partner with cross-enterprise stakeholders to develop demand generation campaigns, governance processes, and lead management.Manage and create MicroStrategy’s social media strategy and channels to drive net new followers and increase engagement through social channels.Experience with social media publishing and monitoring platforms.Create and implement and manage marketing campaigns, leveraging digital marketing tactics, including SEO/SEM, display advertising, retargeting, paid social and traditional channels such as email and virtual events (webinars) and direct mail to meet business goals and objectives. Monitor and measure programs and report on performance to key stakeholders against KPI’s. Build and optimize conversion-rate landing pages.Continuously work to optimize campaigns through relevant A/B tests and adjusting marketing mix as program justifies.Execute email, drip and nurture email campaigns that support awareness, education, and drive demand.Analyze data & budget to make program recommendations for campaign optimization.Create and recommend digital marketing content and rich media content in collaboration with Content Producer for program execution.Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors as required.Stay abreast of current marketing & digital trends and best practices.QualificationsBachelor’s degree; advanced degree preferred.5 years marketing experience.Strong webinar or event management and execution experience.Superior ability to communicate with and influence across all levels of the organization.Experience or working knowledge of Enterprise Software Industry and B2B Go to Market processes and tactics.Experience in working within and collaborating with a customer focused sales environment with an understanding of sales channels and market segments.Ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders, speakers, analysts and solution experts to achieve objectives and hit timelines and maximize impact of projects, webcasts, or campaigns.Proficient with all Microsoft Office applications, Marketo, Salesforce, Zoom.Energetic, strong work ethic and a dynamic individual.Highly motivated and willing to work within a fast-paced environment with an innate sense of urgency.Excellent written communication, organization, time-management, process, and project management skills.SalesForce.com and marketing automation (Marketo) experience are a must.Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console.Additional InformationMicroStrategy is an Equal Employment and Affirmative Action employer F/M/Disability/Vet/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity.
