Microsoft Legal Department is Hiring a Remote Business Program Manager (Integrated Learning)

Job Duties

Microsoft Corporation has the following job opportunity:

Develop a scalable and effective technical strategy to support the rhythm of the business and organizational goals. Create and evaluate reports, dashboards, tabular models, and analytical insights to drive efficiency and business solutions. Articulate project goals and scope, translate business needs into technical terms, establish key performance indicators, and manage the lifecycle of dynamic projects. Design and conduct training and development programs to improve individual and organizational performance. Analyze training needs and implement learning programs at scale. May lead strategic learning programs, from inception to implementation, ensuring the new programs are developed via employee-centric processes and have meaningful impact and oversee a portfolio of learning programs. May conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures, conduct work simplification and measurement studies, and prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively. Telecommuting permitted 100% from any location in the U.S.

Minimum Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field. In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, employer will accept an additional 24 months of experience managing software and business processes for operations, systems, projects, and tools.
  • Experience: 6 months of experience managing software and business processes for operations, systems, projects, and tools.
  • Education or Experience in: Training Development and Delivery; Relationship Management; Operations Strategy; Managing software or business processes for operations, systems, projects, tools or policies; Market Research; Financial Reporting; and Quality Assurance.

Any suitable combination of education, experience, or training is acceptable.

Pay Range and Benefits Information

The offered base pay range for this specific position (V8272270.b), in Redmond, WA (but telecommuting permitted 100% from any location in the U.S.), is $108,432 to $138,432 per year.

Microsoft has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.

At Microsoft certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus, and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role. Benefits/perks listed may vary depending on the nature of employment with Microsoft and the country work location. U.S.-based employees have access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, and wellbeing benefits, among others. U.S.-based employees also receive, per calendar year, up to 10 scheduled paid holidays, and up to 80 hours Holistic Health Time Off. Additionally, hourly/non-exempt employees accrue up to 120 hours paid vacation time, and salaried/exempt employees have Discretionary Time Off (DTO).
