Develop, design, optimize, and verify block level circuits for all DRAM related projects at Micron. Use both analog and digital CMOS design skills to work on circuits. Work with Product Engineering to verify silicon performance verses simulation performance of circuits designed. Work with process integration and transistor modeling personnel to design the circuits being used on Micron's next leading edge process node. Provide layout supervision, as well as optimize layout throughout post-layout simulations.

Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Systems Engineering or related field.
